• When You are ready, check Our Conditions of Supply so far as relevant - these are the legal basis on which We will be supplying the Goods; Please be sure that you want to place your order with us before clicking the 'Place Order' button. Remember, to process any order it costs us in terms of order processing, quality checking and packaging materials. We reserve the right to charge10% of the order value as a processing fee on any order that has been processed by us and cancelled thereafter. • Print off a copy of Our Conditions of Supply, Privacy Policy and Security Policy for Your own records.
  
  
• Submit Your order as detailed - retaining a copy in the unlikely event of a query.
  
  
• We will then confirm receipt and Our acceptance of Your order by e-mail. Please remember that not all products will always be in stock. This is due to the hand made nature of the products and the majority of our products come from distant places. We will check our stock levels and then confirm exactly what products are not available before we dispatch your order. We may suggest alternative products for out of stock items. We will also confirm the exact freight costs, which will depend on various factors.
  
  
• No Contract is made until issue of Our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any order made to Us entirely at Our discretion but We will inform You without delay if that is the case and make a full refund of payment received.
