CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY These conditions of supply may have changed since you last visited the site so please read through them before each time you order. This site has been designed to be directed at and accessible by consumers on the UK mainland. If you do not fall within this category then please e-mail us and we will confirm any revised conditions of supply that will apply but we will assume that your local laws, if applicable, do not prevent the sale. These conditions include all disclaimers, privacy policy and security policy that we have placed on our site at the time of your placing your order. NOTHING IN THESE CONDITIONS AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Details for United Kingdom Customers 
We aim to despatch all products within 3 working days of receiving the order and all payments due having been cleared or authorised.
We normally use Royal Mail but larger parcels may be sent by courier.  Next day delivery is available at a premium.
Orders from outside the UK mainland will be acknowledged with details of proposed delivery schedules and pricing given any different cost of shipping/carriage. You will then be invited to re-confirm your order on that basis. Should you not re-confirm within 7 Business Days, the order will lapse and any payment will be refunded to you. 
Privacy & Security

Security Policy For Internet Use 
For your benefit, we have made arrangements for all credit card transactions to be handled through a secure web server. Your credit card details are not held in a readable form on our web site, which reduces the possibility of any unauthorised person learning your details while they are being transmitted on the internet. We use very high performance software incorporating 128 bit encryption and use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to communicate with your browser when you order. This is the industry standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept your credit card/transaction details. We have not heard of any breach of security in the use of this secure shopping system. Every time you make an order from us you will need to insert your credit card details because we do not store them. To check that you are in a secure internet area, look at the bottom of your browser and you will see a closed padlock or an unbroken key. Returns & Replacements

            REFUNDS If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the goods ordered then you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)                   Regulations 2000 as amended from time to time ("the Distance Regulations"). That right is included in the following summary:
            to cancel before the Goods are despatched please contact us in writing, ideally by e-mail, as soon as possible and we will refund the price paid for the                     goods; 
to cancel either after despatch or within 7 Business Days after you have actually received the goods, contact us in writing, ideally by e-mail, as soon as possible and return the goods to us in their original packaging carriage paid by you and we will refund you the price paid for the goods; the cost of return postage must be paid by you.
if you have received goods which have been damaged in transit or are faulty then please notify us, ideally by e-mail. Please report any damage within 3 days and retain all packaging.  Photographs of the damaged goods and the packaging would be helpful.  Our delivery agents may require to inspect the goods in event of a claim. Do not return the goods unless we ask you to.


Ordering goods is easy:
Select goods for your shopping basket by clicking on them and adding them to the basket;
 When you are ready, check and print our conditions of supply - these are the legal basis on which we will be supplying the goods; print off a copy of our conditions privacy policy and security policy for your own records.
 Submit your order as detailed - retaining a copy in the unlikely event of a query and ensure that full payment has been made and cleared.  An email receipt and our acceptance of your order will be sent automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.
 In the unlikely event that the product is unavailable we will and contact you via email or telephone.   We do not send a substitute product unless you instruct us to do so.  
We reserve the right to reject any order made to us entirely at our discretion, but we will inform you without delay if that is the case and make a full refund of payment received.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All invoices are payable by credit or debit card through a secure server or by post at our premises (as stated in the "contact" section of our site) with your order. For details of the lengths to which we have gone to avoid disclosure of your private details, see our Privacy Policy but unless we have been negligent WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU. 
The quoted prices for the goods do not include VAT as the business is not VAT registered. In the event that there are  changes in VAT rules or a new government sales tax is introduced in the time before we accept your order,  then we will notify you of such in writing and you will be able to either confirm the order or withdraw it with a full refund. All refunds for any reason, will be only made in £ Sterling. Our prices, unless otherwise stated, are valid only while displayed on our site. 
From time to time there will be special offers and promotions.  To be notified of these please subscribe to our newsletter. Newsletters amount to about 6 emails a year.

To view your orders simply go to my account and log on using your email address and password. From here you will be able to see any transaction history.
